Kyle Aiden is…

Kyle Aiden is an international award-winning stage director and choreographer. Kyle works with dancers, singers, and actors of all ages throughout the world. He travels across the United States choreographing and directing for theatre, show choir programs, dance companies, festivals and workshops, and much more, as well as works with music groups worldwide.

He started his dance training at Northern State University where he trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Ballroom, Clogging, Hip Hop, Break Dancing and Rhythmic Gymnastics. His first choreographed musical (Phantom of the Opera/NSU) won awards through the Kennedy Center and KCACTF. He has since gone to win state and regional awards for his choreography in one acts and full-length musicals. His award-winning choreography can be found in Legally Blonde, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Xanadu, Chicago, Newsies, and several other musical titles. Kyle also has credits for writing, producing, designing and choreographing two original full length musicals, I Love the 90s and Providence.

Kyle has also taken his professional choreography into the world of company dance. His work can be seen featured with Renversé Ballet and several other companies’ recitals and showcases. He has taught weekly classes in musical theatre, hip-hop, break dancing, contemporary, jazz, and ballet. In the world of competitive dance, his choreography for solos, duets, and trios have earned the highest rating and Best Overall awards on National stages with his lines and large groups earning the same awards. Kyle also teaches drop in classes, master classes and workshops at private studios, colleges, and festivals across the country.

He is also heavily involved in the show choir community having groups receive Grand Championships, Best Choreography, Best Show Design, and Best Costumes in competitions nationwide. Besides choreography, he also designs and costumes his groups to give them the best show possible. He was recently nominated for the FAME Aspire-Best New Choreographer award through the National Show Choir Competition circuit.
